I’m sure most people have heard about some haunted or abandoned insane asylum where decades ago many died and were neglected. Stories like that are supposed to have taken place in the 19th and early 20th century, but not today. To see that abuse and extreme neglect of the mentally ill (and some that aren’t even mentally ill) still exists out in the open for all to see. This video is of an asylum in Serbia that commits not only the mentally ill but also the mentally disabled (such as individuals with down syndrome) and how they are not properly cared for whatsoever. I can only hope that exposure like this will bring about much needed change.
